Doctor of Physical Therapy
Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Duke University in 2013. She is originally from Winston-Salem, NC, and found, through experiences volunteering at the Children’s Center in Winston-Salem, NC and working one on one with children with special needs, that she had a strong passion for helping children. Upon receiving her Doctor of Physical therapy degree, she began working in the outpatient pediatric physical therapy setting and now treats children both in the outpatient setting and in the home setting. She works closely with her patients and their families to establish and help them achieve their individual goals. She loves working with children of all ages and is experienced in treating a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to: Developmental Delay, Torticollis, Hypotonicity, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Coordination Disorder, and Toe Walking. Elizabeth spends her free time working on craft projects, scrapbooking, and spending time playing outside with her family.
