Angela Collier
Pilot Mountain
Angela has always had a great passion and love for kids. During her high school years, she would volunteer with 4-H camps, as well as the Special Olympics and spend countless hours in her mom's Special Education classroom getting the privilege of spending time with some of the greatest kiddos. If she wasn’t volunteering with kids, she was very involved with her local FFA chapter, holding three officer seats, Historian, Secretary and Vice President. After high school she pursued a degree in Police science, hoping to one day become an animal cop. After the birth of her oldest she switched to office work to have more time with her daughter. After working in the heating oil & propane field for almost a decade, she wanted change. She got her CNA certification in both Virginia and North Carolina and worked in Nursing home for 3 years. After some health issues she could no longer work with her wonderful residents. She made the switch to Office administration in the medical field. She came to Propel and instantly knew this was where she is supposed to be. She has often said that her clinic is her “home away from home”. She enjoys seeing all the kiddos and the progress they make and to hear about their week at home/school. If Angela isn't at her desk, she is most likely in the gym with the kids helping out with their therapies or doing crazy dances for the kiddos or acting goofy to get a smile. When she is not at the clinic, she spends her time with her husband Josh and their two daughters Lily and Lottie. Along with their two dogs, two rabbits, and 20 chickens, (goats are next on her list). She enjoys crafts, crocheting, hiking, and swimming. She loves watching thriller or scary movies and is completely obsessed with I Love Lucy and Halloween. Angela looks forward to watching Propel continue to grow and help some many families in our area. She feels grateful to have this opportunity to be a part of such an amazing hardworking company.
