Propel Pediatrics’ billing team will work with you to make the billing process go as smoothly as possible and ensure your questions are answered along the way. Additionally, will review your plan benefits we receive from your insurance company and work with you on payment options, if needed. 

 

We currently accept:

• NC Medicaid, and Medicaid Managed Care; Healthy Blue, AmeriHealth Caritas, WellCare of NC, United Healthcare Community Plan of NC, and Carolina Complete Health.

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Medcost

• Propel Pediatric Therapy will bill your out-of-network claims for service, which will either be denied or apply to your out-of-network benefits, which process at a higher out of pocket rate.

• If you choose to have your out-of-network insurance billed, you will receive a statement for the remaining balance owed. 

• Self-Pay is offered at a discounted rate, and payments are due at the time of service.
